Damon Farrell, Century 21 Asa Cox Homes: Real estate is a passion of mine because I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and want to provide them with the quality service they deserve. I especially like seeing the excitement that a first time home buyer has when receiving the keys to their new home and the sense of relief and joy a seller has when the sale of their home closes. Prior to working in real estate I owned a small business and also worked as an assistant manager for a large property management company. Some of the things I enjoyed most about these roles were working one on one with my clients and providing the highest degree of customer service. Working in real estate has allowed me to continue to focus on building relationships with my clients by delivering a professional service to meet their real estate needs. My wife's job has relocated us on several occasions and we have had the opportunity to live in multiple parts of the country. Throughout our relocations I have bought and sold homes multiple times in a variety of market conditions. I personally understand how important it is to have a real estate agent that you can count on. After moving to Northeast Ohio a few years ago, we have fallen in love with the area and have planted our roots to raise our family in Lake County.
